Chris Jerde

Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Founder

Through his leadership of Jerde Analytics Ltd, Chris enables corporate real estate clients to leverage data science to support decision-making.

For 13 years prior to founding Jerde Analytics, Chris served as Strategy Director for the Consulting division of Gensler, the world’s largest architecture and design firm, where he specialized in quantitative analytics. Chris leveraged his dual background in statistics, applied economics, design strategy and corporate real estate to develop new quantitative frameworks allowing Fortune 50 clients with global footprints to optimize decision-making.

As the role of data science has grown in recent years and permeated much of how business gets done, Jerde has helped the largest technology companies in the world leverage their own, proprietary data sources and in-house analytics capabilities (teaching real estate performance to data scientists).

Chris has a masters’ degree in Applied Economics and Finance from UC Santa Cruz, a masters degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a bachelors degree in International Relations from Brown University.

Practicing since 2005.
